TSM Solutions, a provider of full-spectrum customer service support to small businesses in the construction industry, is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their team remotely from anywhere in the United States.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice our small business customers depend on. Your primary responsibility will be providing exceptional service—-answering calls and inquiries promptly, resolving issues with care, and ensuring every customer feels valued, supported, and taken care of. Your work will play a key role in creating positive experiences and contributing to our overall success.

- Competitive Pay. We offer a starting wage of $20.00 – $30.00 per hour based on your experience.

- Monday-Friday schedule; no weekends. Work hours will be 10:30am – 7pm central time (to accommodate our clients located in the Pacific Time Zone).
WHAT YOU WILL DO.
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt, helpful and professional manner.
- Schedule services efficiently for our clients which include businesses within the construction industry.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and experiences.
- Stay informed about our clients’ products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Experience in customer service or a related field, with a preference for those familiar with scheduling services in the construction industry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable using various computer systems and software.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training is a plus.
- Must enjoy providing exceptional customer experiences.
- Successful applicants may be required to undergo a thorough background check and drug test.
